It can be easy to make a blunder in the real estate business now and then. We just want to minimize those blunders. This course is case study based where agents will look at factual situations and decide the BEST course for the brokers involved. The resources include NC license law, REALTOR Code of Ethics, and just doggone good common sense. This 4-hour course also satisifies the NAR Code of Ethics requirement.
