Christi Bryant is a REALTOR® with Keller Williams OBX, bringing more than eight years of experience in the Outer Banks real estate market.

Christi began her career in property management, which provided a strong foundation in client service, operations, and long-term property ownership. This background informs her thoughtful, solutions-driven approach and her commitment to professionalism and ethical standards.

She is actively involved with the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS®, serving on committees and in leadership roles focused on advocacy, education, and strengthening the REALTOR® community. Christi values collaboration, clear communication, and service, and believes strong associations create stronger markets and communities.

Stephanie began her real estate career in 2002 working with The Doshier Team – she has managed several teams throughout her career and is now Broker/Owner of The Doshier Team OBX Realty. She is very knowledgeable and knows the Outer Banks real estate market inside and out. She covers the areas of Corolla, Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, Manteo and Nags Head, including South Nags Head. Stephanie moved to the Outer Banks when she was 3 months old and has lived her life here growing up and seeing all the changes that have taken place. It is unique to find a REALTOR in this area, who grew up here. She has been very active in her community and with the REALTOR associations. While she has many real estate designations, she continues to attend educational and legislative seminars so she can keep on top of our every changing real estate market. She is very active with her local Association and is President Elect for The Outer Banks Association of REALTORS – having served or chaired a number of committees. She is also active on the state level with the NC Realtors Association and participated on the national level with the National Association of Realtors.

Janice has been a licensed and full time Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and Virginia for the past 30 years.  Relocating 18 years ago to Currituck from Winchester VA.  She and her husband are now living their dream in Currituck County’s 4-wheel drive area of Corolla, in Carova Beach. When she isn’t working, she is always looking out for her fellow Real Estate Brokers, as the 2026 President of the Outer Banks Association of Realtors, board member for North Carolina Realtors or maybe she is donating her time at the Carova Beach Fire and Rescue Auxiliary.   Updating her education has always been a priority in her real estate career.  She has taken many classes keeping current with the real estate market and local market.  She holds several real estate designations,  Currently she is working at Brindley Beach Vacations in Corolla and focusing on the sale of properties in the 4-wheel drive area, Corolla, Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, Nags Head and lower Currituck.  So whether you are buying your first home, a resale, an investment property or selling your property please allow Janice the opportunity to assist you by contacting her via call, text or email.
