Stephanie Doshier
Stephanie began her real estate career in 2002 working with The Doshier Team – she has managed several teams throughout her career and is now Broker/Owner of The Doshier Team OBX Realty. She is very knowledgeable and knows the Outer Banks real estate market inside and out. She covers the areas of Corolla, Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, Manteo and Nags Head, including South Nags Head. Stephanie moved to the Outer Banks when she was 3 months old and has lived her life here growing up and seeing all the changes that have taken place. It is unique to find a REALTOR in this area, who grew up here. She has been very active in her community and with the REALTOR associations. While she has many real estate designations, she continues to attend educational and legislative seminars so she can keep on top of our every changing real estate market. She is very active with her local Association and is President Elect for The Outer Banks Association of REALTORS – having served or chaired a number of committees. She is also active on the state level with the NC Realtors Association and participated on the national level with the National Association of Realtors.

Edith's interest in real estate began at an early age. She was born and raised on the
Outer Banks and has a true passion for the area that shines through in many aspects of her
life. Edith is a graduate of Manteo High School and the College of the Albemarle. She is the
daughter of a contractor and spent much of her childhood visiting construction sites and
reviewing blueprints. Having completed construction on her own home a few years ago in
Southern Shores, and another extensive renovation in 2019 you will find that she has first-
hand knowledge of Outer Banks construction and the various elements that go into
building in our unique area.
Edith holds a Broker’s license and has been in sales on the Outer Banks since 2000. In
addition to a thorough knowledge of real estate and construction, Edith possesses an
extensive and unique understanding of everything Outer Banks, the local economy,
ecosystem and components that make up this beautiful area she calls home. She brings to
the table a degree of local sales acumen and familiarity with the area found in few agents.
Heavily invested in the Outer Banks herself as an owner of both investment and primary
residences, you are sure to find her knowledge to be an invaluable asset. Edith is an avid
runner, having completed 13 half and 8 full marathons over the past decade. Edith has
