Janice has been a licensed and full time Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and Virginia for the past 30 years. Relocating 17 years ago to Currituck from Winchester VA. She and her husband are now living their dream in Currituck County’s 4-wheel drive area of Corolla, in Carova Beach. If they are not on the beach they are in Powells Point at their home surrounded by the Scarborough Family. When she isn’t working, she is always looking out for her fellow Real Estate Brokers, in leadership with the Outer Banks Association of Realtors or maybe she is donating her time at the Carova Beach Fire and Rescue Auxiliary.
