Bruce Love is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of First Light Pest Control, a veteran-owned pest and wildlife management company serving the Outer Banks. Based in Kill Devil Hills, Bruce brings over a decade of industry experience, including leadership roles with national and regional firms and licensure as a North Carolina Structural Pest Control Professional and Wildlife Control Agent.

Bruce specializes in WDIR-100 inspections, termite protection, and integrated pest management (IPM) solutions tailored to coastal construction. A proud member of the Outer Banks Association of Realtors community, he is committed to supporting real estate professionals with responsive service, detailed reporting, and trusted expertise that helps protect property values and ensure smooth transactions.
