As vice president – marketing for Investors Title Exchange Corporation, Matt Linville leads marketing and educational initiatives in relation to 1031 exchanges and related transactions. Matt has many years of experience with like-kind exchanges and is passionate about helping partners and property owners learn about and benefit from the value that exchange transactions provide.

Matt began his career as a relationship manager for like-kind exchange transactions with a large financial institution and has held various positions related to financial management and business administration for more than 25 years.

He earned an Associate of Arts degree from Surry Community College and both a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management as well as a master’s degree in business administration from The University of North Carolina at Pembroke. Matt and his family have enjoyed hosting international students through the Cultural Homestay International organization for the past seven years and are dedicated volunteers for various organizations.
